Hey! We’re Emily and Lacie, owners of The Ice Cream Bar. We have 2 young boys and live here in Everett. We are excited to be a part of Everett’s revitalized downtown.

With two kids, we were always looking for restaurants we could go to without feeling stressed about keeping them entertained and quiet at the table. Breweries are great and most are family friendly, but we wanted a place that was family-encouraging. Everett didn’t have many options, so we decided to make our own! Our concept is to be comfortable and welcoming to all, and be a place where families feel like they can relax while the kids play without the typical restrictions of restaurants. We don’t want you to worry if your kids don’t stay at the table - let them play in our play area!

It was also important to us to include an enclosed baby area for families with sitters and crawlers. We know how hard it is when the littles just want to move, but you have to keep eyes on them constantly, so we made a contained safe space just for them (and your sanity). We wanted to have a space to keep the kids occupied and playing so adults can hang out without guilt or stress.
